ISO Gluten Free Recipe Book

So Tamar Ansch writes a Pesach cookbook that is gf. I have it, it's good....for Pesach. Gluten free is sooooo much more than just potatoes. We use so many grains other than potato starch: quinoa, sorghum, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, teff, millet, oat flour, buckwheat and probably tons more that I'm spacing out on. Additionally, I find that a decent homemade flour blend of rice flour, tapioca, and cornstarch make most kugels and non-bread/cookie items just fine.

Honestly, I really much prefer using:

1) glutenfreemommy.com - her recipe for chocolate cake and all her bread recipes are wonderful.

2) Stephanie O'dea has a wonderful blog (crockpot365.blogspot.com) and cookbooks. She's allergic to pork, so many of her recipes are easily kosher adaptable.

3) Carol Fenster has a wonderful gluten free cookbook with lots of options.

4) I'm a HUGE fan of this giant red betty crocker binder that I got when I was engaged. No, it's not gluten free, but wiht the exception of the bread section, I'm able to use a AP gf mix for most recipes.

5) Kosher Pallete 1 & 2 has great easily adaptable recipes. For some reason the kosher by design books (while gorgeous) aren't for me. (Likely because I'm not a 'patchken' in the kitchen kinda girl, and the short on time uses too many prepared stuff that isn't gf).

Thank you ladies for your replies.

I actually need the cook book as a gift. A Pesach book doesn't really have many options.
So if there is no official Kosher GF book yet I'll have to look into what there is on the market.

Any other suggestions? Preferably a book someone has already tried..?

I have these on my shelf/borrowed them out of the library about 200 times:

1) Stephanie O'dea's crockpot cookbook (mentioned above). Pretty pictures are on her blog, this book is just the recipes.

2) 1,000 Gluten free Recipes by Carol Fenster (also mentioned above). We LOVE her waffle recipe and make it all the time with chocolate chips.

3) Gluten free baking classics. There is an incredible yellow cake to be had from here.

4) Cake Mix Doctor bakes Gluten Free. Complete with pretty illustrations of all the cakes/cookies/cupcakes/etc. If this is a gift for someone who relies heavily on gluten free cake mixes (rather than flours and mixing things up yourself) than this book helps make the resulting cakes taste less 'gf' and more normal.

If this gift is for someone like a close family member, consider giving a Living Without subscription. My mom bought this for me when I was diagnosed and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Living Withouts! They are geared towards families that are gluten free, but they include substitutions for dairy free, egg free, nut free, peanut free, etc. The magazine comes out once every few months and its PACKED with info for newbies, recipes, the latest research rounded up, articles on parenting teens with Celiac, preschool tips, new product reviews, gluten free product advertisements and coupons, etc. I've had some great success with the recipes I've tried from there. And DD loves looking at their gorgeous color photos.
