Ingredients
"Meat" its parve fake meat very yumm
cheese, mozzarella
tortilla flour or corn
tomatoes roasted on fire until skin comes off
peppers roasted same as tomatoes
onion chopped small
hot green chile chopped small
cumin
table spoon tomatoes paste
dry coriander
salt, pepper
baking dish
in a frying pen fry the "meat" crumble it so its very ground, add cumin, coriander, tomato paste, salt pepper, cook a few minutes. in a bowl combine chopped tomatoes, peppers, onion, chile add some cumin and salt mix well this is the salsa. spray a baking dish with pam put a tortilla on top put some "meat" spread it nicely then put salsa also spread it and add cheese, now put another tortilla and repeat the previous step with the meat etc. then finish off with another tortilla but do not add "meat' etc. just sprinkle a good amount of cheese all over, cover with foil and bake for 10 min or so until cheese melts.

It looks good! I make a similar dish with real meat and fake sour cream.
