My DH invited a family for sukkot that are vegetarian (no fish). I need main dish ideas that aRE PAREVE. I will make a pareve cholent, a bulgar based sheppard's pie, and veggie haliskas. Any other ideas?

stuffed peppers or stuffed cabbages made with soy ground meat (if you use YVES ground meat, you can't even tell the difference)

if they have the brand "mornigstar farms" by you, they make fake meat strips and fake chicken strips that are parve (all their other products are dairy or no hechsher). my family loves the meat strips. use for pepper steak or other dish.
