Recipe of desserts in Aishes Chayil (Monroe)

I was in AC a few months ago, and the carrot muffins, and a different milchiege muffin (had crumbs on top and was served in a tulip cupcake liner) were delicious. Does anyone know the recipes? I would love to make them for Shavuos!!

I doubt that's the price. I'm not sure why, but every once in a while when I try to buy a frum book on Amazon, there is one book, ridiculously overpriced.
Maybe Amazon sellers can enlighten us?

I ordered it in the UK from the distributor and they are charging without delivery fees: $41.74.

BAKERMOM did you ever get the recipe? I would love a good milichege muffin recipe.... their muffins are the best and not in the cookbook at all. Crying
