this cake is great and you put everything in mixer at once.
3/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp maple extract
1 cup lukewarm water
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee (disolved in a tbsp of hot water)
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
put all ingredients in mixer
bake at 350 for 45 minutes
once cake is cooled
you can pour frosting over it.
2 cups confectionnary sugar
1 tbsp melted margarine
a pinch of salt
1 tsp maple extract
a drop of water
add waster as needed

Sounds yum, but are you sure you wrote the above correctly, I would think it would be quite difficult to dissolve coffee in such a small amount of water. Maybe you meant a tablespoon?
