Hi everyone,
I need a dressing for a chicken salad that uses just a liiiitle bit of mayo but is still tasty.
Thanks!

I know it's not mayo, but I made this for Shabbat and it was a HUGE hit. Friday night I served it with the baked salmon and Shabbat I served it with a salad:
Tangy Dijon Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. Whisk together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
