Hi. Within the past month, could be as recent as last week, there was a recipe for Marinated bbq grilled chicken in the magazine. If anyone doesn't mind giving it to me I would really appreciate it as I seem to have misplaced it. It was for chicken on a bone that you marinate in this marinade overnt and then grill on a bbq grill
Thanks in advance

I was actually about to throw it out since I dont have a grill. Here you go
GRILLED CHICKEN ON THE BONE:
2 Chickens, cut in eight
MARINADE:
> 3/4 cup olive oil
> juices of 1 lemon
> 1/3 cup white wine
> 4 cloves garlic, minced
> 2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
> 1 tsp paprika
> 1 tsp salt
> 1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken for several hours or over nigh in a covered bowl or zip-lock bag (good idea). Preheat grill. Grill chicken over indirect hear for 15-20 minutes per side, unitl cooked through. The white meat chicken will cook more quickly than the dark meat pieces, about 10-15 minutes per side.
Enjoy
