try to give him what you eat.
many kids refuse baby food - they want REAL stuff!!!
(finely chopped, sliced)
up to 1 yr old formula is the main source of nutrition anyway
may be eating with the family & from yor plate will be more appealing as apposed to solitary meals of mushy sauses

Yup. My baby hates baby food too, except for cereal and apple sauce, but he loves potato kugel and chicken soup. Maybe he just loves Shabbos?

all my kids hated baby food....and the last one also hates formula...
ForeverYoung gave excellent advise
maybe if your baby has his own plate, and sits with the family, he will enjoy eating more...
does he eat fruit?

I had a hard time feeding my son food. I found out that he had a bad dairy allergy which made him uncomfortable and he didn't want to eat. Feeding him food from the table was one way to get him to eat. Also I offered him food all day long because he had weight issues. Oh my son was wouldn't let me feed him and he wanted to feed himself. This is a great age for finger food, like cheerios and piece of avocado. It was finger food that got my son eating.
A friend of mine had major issues with her son and food. She found out that sleep deprivation was part of her problem. There might be something bothering her that makes her not want to eat.
