I dont know about waterproof casts, but they make waterproof covers for casts. I bought one years ago at a surgical supply store.

the fiberglass casts can get wet, but the inside takes a long time to dry, and is uncomfortable. I don’t know if there is a waterproof option.

My son just had one. We did not get it in Brooklyn so cant help you there. But it was great! FYI you will only be able to get it if it is NOT a full arm cast. My son just broke his wrist so that is why he was able to get one. When they put it on they said that only short casts could be waterproof. Good luck and Refuah Shlaima!
