Check out citymove.com. You can post the details of your move and get bids from various movers. I'm not sure, but I think movers also post there. I've done three moves (both personal and business) through the website.

We used Schulgasser Movers from Passaic -
They were so great!!!!! all of them were frum. and very nice and quick and efficient. We moved out of NY and gave us the BEST PRICE!

Leave a message. Rochel - the wife, will call you back and ask you how many rooms how many lg pieces of furniture, how many beds how many boxes (aprox).. she will call u back after she calculates it and give you a quote.
I highly recommned them!

We used BP Movers/Mr. Fishman for an interstate move. I don't have his number handy, but you can google it. I highly recommend him!

Make sure you check ripoffreports.com and I think there might be a similar website just for moving companies, because there are all sorts of scams out there!! Make sure you use a reputable moving company!!
