How often do you change the Linen? Weekly? monthly?

every two weeks but in the summer I usually do it a bit more often: every week/week and a half.

Usually every 2 weeks, but if they're stained before the 2 weeks I do it then.

I use white linen in the shiva nekiyim so I change after the week when the white linen is on, and as needed for the rest of the month.

Same. We shower before bed, so the sheets are slept on by clean people. And our central ac is running all night, so we aren't sweating in there either. If they seem less fresh, I'll change earlier. I change ds's crib sheet every week, though, and I see myself doing all kids' sheets weekly when it comes to that.

you're supposed to change them? J/K! but I do only change them as needed - which is less often than most posters seem to think is necessary.

Not often at all. Master linen probably every 3-4 weeks.
Kids- not often enough  probably once every 6-7 weeks.
My kids come into master bedroom in middle of night  so really only in there for a few hours. PLUS, many nights they prefer to sleep on floor or in sleeping bag. A/C always on so no sweating.
