Anyone have a recipe that they use for sweet crumbs on top of challah? I want to make my challah a little sweeter and more special for rosh hashana.

I make a streussle that adds sweetness, everyone likes it.
1/4 C flour
1/4 C sugar
oil
mix the flour and sugar, drizzle oil and mix with fork to form crumbs. I never measured so maybe its a Tablespoon or so.

Someone here recently recommended making a large batch and storing it in the freezer. So thats what I've done.
