I would like to make a healthy fish recipe (no frying) for Rosh Hashana, I need some ideas that don't use salmon or tuna.
Thanks!

This is so simple but it's delicious!
I make it with any white type fish - tilapia/sole/denise/nesichat hanilus (sorry, I only know Israeli fish)
Put fresh/defrosted fish on baking pan.
Generously sprinkle on salt/pepper/garlic powder/dried parsley, basil, dill
Drizzle on a little olive oil and lemon juice.
Bake at 400 for 15-25 min depending on size/thickness of the fish
Even my kids love this!

flounder fish
3- eggs
3/4 cup mayo
1 box crispy bake
matzha meal
mix eggs with the mayo. add the fish to the mix let it stand for 15 min.
coat with shake and bake. fry till golden. if you dont want to fry bake it for 15 to
20 min till golden. dont add spices the crispy bake has enough. enjoy

my grandmother makes a fab grilled haddock (similar to tilapia) she sprinkles salt pepper, wraps it with pickles, peppers and onions inside and grills.
Really good

I posted in another thread about fish fillets. I'm going to try this as it looks like the healthiest of all the suggestions I received. Thanks.
BTW to you cover the fish with parchment paper or bake uncovered?

So here is what I'm baking in the oven right now:
fish fillets with
chopped parsely
chopped scallions
crushed fresh garlic
salt
1/4 tsp. Hawaej Temani
Olive oil
I'll let you know how it comes out.
Thanks
