Yum! Just made it. Kind of threw everything together:
a head of cabbage,
5 zucchini
a lot of mushrooms
(was going to add carrots but forgot)
canned diced tomatoes
some tomato juice, tomato sauce (plain, canned)
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (lots) and some oregano.
Cooked for about an hour
FAT FREE and very filling!
