I make these great pumpkin muffins from one of Susie Fishbein's cookbooks. My kids love them. I substitute whole wheat flour for white, and half the sugar. But, still. What, if anything, can I use instead of the white sugar? It's not for caloric reasons. Thanks!!

That's so smart to substitute ww flour - my kids also love them! Do you sub the whole thing or part?

I substitute the whole thing for whole wheat.
CM: I like this recipe. Just trying to tweak it a little to be healthier.
Does anyone use agave?
