It’s sort of a weird concept, I know…..like this year our shul auctioned off the zchus to pay the electric bill which I would never want, b/c I think people leave lights on.
If I want to sponsor the paper goods, for example, I buy them, bring them to shul, and we use them when we need them.
Does anyone else have a though on this?

Yeah I do the same thing... I just prefer to give the product not the money to purchase the product.
