I'm in Israel so I don't have a name for you but I do have some general suggestions as far as what skills to look for in a professional. Regardless of diagnosis, your child is presumably having difficulty with practical functioning in one or more areas in his life. You need someone who is trained to identify the specific skills he is lacking, break them down into their component parts, and teach them to your son. Parent guidance is also important so you can understand the skills deficits at play and help your child manage them IRL.

Here is a link to Ross Greene's "diagnostic" tool called the ALSUP (Assessment of Lagging Skills and Unsolved Problems)
http://www.livesinthebalance.org/paperwork
which will give you an understanding of the kind of cognitive/social/emotional skills that your child may need help with. Someone trained in this method would probably be great. Mel Levine's approach is similar and you can check it out on his website allkindsofminds.org.

Hatzlacha!
