Zichron Menachem in Israel also takes 1 ft (30 cm). Locks for Love takes 10 in- but I believe they only make wigs for alopecia patients, not cancer patients (just in case you care about that kind of stuff).

Chai Lifeline asks for atleast 14 inches braided.

Zichron Menachem asks for atleast 10 inches braided.

2 of my daughters sent 14 inches last year to Chai Lifeline!
A third daughter just got 13 inches cut and we will be sending it to Zichron Menachem.

Zichron Menachem gratefully accepts long hair donations which meet the following criteria:
• Hair needs to be a minimum of 25 cm (10 inches) long - when braided.
• The hair should be tied with a rubber band at both ends - before it is braided and cut.

Braids should be sent (enclosed in a plastic or zip-lock bag) to:
