either a mayo based or non - but without added sugar
and while we're at it a meatball sauce without extra sugar?

First of all, I never add sugar to my sauces... why would you?
Second, cabbage salad without sugar, I shred cabbage and finely dice celery. Add salt, black pepper, lemon juice and a tiny bit of oil. That's it. It's SO yummy and is always a hit.

Regarding the cabbage salad- sometimes I put mayo, lemon juice, mustard (spicy sometimes), and pepper with a tiny bit of water to make it saucier.
