Hi all. I have been using healthy eating and cooking as a means to manage my IBS since I was diagnosed 4 years ago. I have found the less fat I eat the better I feel. I have been cutting back on as much processed food as I reasonably can, I am trying to bake with white whole wheat flour and only eat low fat dairy.
Is there anyone else in a similar situation that can share tips?
I would also love any tips on dealing with all of the nosh that is about to come my way with purim and then the restrictions of pesach. I already know there is one invitation I will probably have to turn down since its given me colon spasms twice. It bums me out but what can I do?
TIA!
