What age are your students?

I teach four's. Our morning is as follows:
8:10-8:50 arrival (a few select table toys out and art center open)
8:50-9:00 attendance and welcome circle
9:00-9:30 snack/bathroom
9:30-10:15 outdoor recess
10:15- 10:30 davening/parsha lesson
10:30-12:00 activity time (all centers open, projects done in small groups included)
12:00-12:15 clean up
12:15-12:30 circle time/story/movement activity
12:30-1 lunch
(I know you only asked for mornings but the afternoon is:)
1:00-1:30 benching/parsha/bathroom
1:30-2:15 recess outside
2:15-2:30 rest time
2:30 carpool

5 yr. olds:
8:30-play time, coloring, individual Keriah reading
9:15-daven
9:40-craft
10:00-outdoor play
10:30-reading groups,(introduce new Nekuda), Keriah games

In the hektik days before a Yom Tov, I squeeze a short circle time in right after davening.
