Which are unfortunately not an option.
I have a TNT recipe for yellow cupcakes that she really likes.
The problem is that I do NOT know how to make the white frosting centers which are apparently 'the bestest part of birthday cupcakes.'
Mind you, she's never actually eaten a bakery cupcake. It's strictly looks that count here and the fact that she has different foods than her classmates.
How do I make the white frosting center? I need both the recipe for the white frosting and how to get the frosting into the cupcake itself.
Frosting recipe cant include wheat, oranges, or sesame.

Buttercream frosting:
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup crisco
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners sugar
2+ Tblsp water
Mix all. add more water by little drops until you get a consistency you want.
To fill the cupcakes, use a cake decorating bag with a wide round tip. Push the tip into the top of the cupcake and squeeze the filling into it. Cover the hole by icing the top of the cupcake.

You coulda told me that when we were in 6th grade and you gave me that Yankee Doodle cupcake recipe. Do you know how many hours I spent drilling little tubes of cake out of the cupcake centers and squishing cream in?!

I make mine with marshmallow cream, margarine, powdered sugar, and vanilla. You can't really mess this up, just play around until it tastes right.

The recipe as I have it really says 450°, but I don't imagine that's correct.

Nope. 350 should be correct.
Thanx. I added it to my recipe box. Who do I credit for them? You or me?

The way I did it then was to cut a cone shape from the top of the cupcake to the center (using a grapefruit knife helped). Then add the filling inside and replace the top over it.
Now I would use a pastry bag with a wide tip as explained in my first post in this thread.
