I need recommendations please. I'd like something that I can get online (preferably with free shipping) or I'll go to a store (in Brooklyn).

Thanks!

Spirutein, from Amazon. Shop around for the best price, sales and shipping are always changing. It's soy based. I've heard the chocolate flavor is very good, but I got the unsweetened because I didn't wan sugar. I add my own sugar free chocolate syrup or splenda and it's fine.
I would also recommend getting the Blender Bottle to mix it.

Just a PSA: lots of protein powders contain soy protein isolates which some (many?) consider dangerous and unhealthy.

I get mine at Apple Drugs on Kingston Avenue. It's a lot cheaper than having it shipped.

Which one do you use? I want something that doesn't have fat or sugar.

Have a look at the ingredients, Banana. But protein has natural fat and you really can't escape that.

I second the Spirutein. It's yummy and offers tri-protein benefits (I believe soy, rice and something else) but it's sooooo good and they have many flavor options.
