That's a question for your Rabbi.
I hope you don't take opinions from random imamothers as psak halacha.

If you are told no but still would like a massage that day ask your therapist about a dry massage technique. This uses no oils or creams and is instead done through clothes or a covering blanket.
It sounds abrasive but I promise it that it is not.

A massage does not have to be done with oil. Ive had it done with regular cream and that can be washed off easily.

I'm not a Rav but besides things with sources not to do on mikvah day (eating meat for a non-mitzvah purpose), we don't make up gedarim as halacha or issurim on our own.
That being said, there is common sense suggested to be used. If popcorn gets stuck on your teeth, you may want to refrain.
If you find yourself with stained hands from whatever you're handling, you may want to wear gloves.
If you find oil leaves a residue and it's hard to get it all off, you may want to postpone or skip the oil.
But it's not "assur" and the problem is yours at the end of the day if you can get your body adequately cleaned or not; it's not an issue of an "aveira".
Hatzlacha!
