I've always worked ful time out of the house and over the past 6 mths I lost about 10 pounds. but now I'm working from the house and I'm scared that I'll gain it all back. I'm not so much hungry, rather I like something to munch on while sitting at the computer alone. and not even cake or cookies, which I don't really like anyways. but the other day I bought a bag of cherry balls and jordan almonds and ate it all in two days. it was expensive and horrible for someone who hates being fat. today I was munching almonds but they are expensive as well.
what do you all suggest I do?

Cut up lots of fruit and veg in the morning, which you can munch on through the day.

Nuts are also fattening, but a little is ok, better than candy.

Have rice cakes with low fat spread (no sugar jelly if you have a sweet tooth)

Eat a nice breakfast so you wont feel the urge for the junk.
Then have a bottle of water next to you. thats what you can drink.
eat only fruits and veggies just like the others stated. I doubt that you will need the fruits and veggies after the full breakfast!

if you work by the computer, make sure that you prepare yourself a stash of healthy foods such as baby carrots and diet drinks. When you work by the computer you don’t realize what you are eating so you might as well eat right. Good luck! I also freeze leftover suppers and about 11:30 I pop it into the oven and when I’m hungry I eat it.

popcorn, fruits, veggies...

I find that when I'm home, I forget to eat. Although now that I'm expecting, I've made an effort to make sure I eat. Generally it's vegetables with cottage cheese or other cheeses. Occassionally it will be pasta...

Do you have any children at home during the day? I eat all my meals and snacks with my child and because I wouldn't give junk to a toddler, I end up eating healthy.

I also agree about keeping fresh fruits and vegetables on hand. Also stock up on healthy snacks that you like so you won't be rummaging around for junk.
