So I just found out our seder plans fell through and I have to have our seders at my mom's house. I will have one pot to work with and a small oven. Nothing else will be kashered there so I want to buy all of our food premade, use paper plates, etc. Any advice on where to get the food in Monsey or very close by?

Just to make you aware, "Paper" plates according to Rabbi Blumenkrantz is not OK for pesach. It has to be plastic.
