Anyone heard of the Toneitup girls? They just made this new protein powder called Perfect Fit Protein.
It just became kosher. Anyone try it yet? I plan to buy it. Heard its really good.
Its brown rice protein, dairy free.....

I keep Chalav Yisroel so the only whey protein I have is just ok....
thats why im excited to try this one. Whenever I get it I will report back, but on different websites I heard its really good.

I also keep CY. Ours comes from Israel. I buy it once a year\ from our shomer shabbos helath food store.

Maxi health that ive had is soy based and not dairy.
I have the nutri supreme, its just ok. I feel maybe the brown rice one might taste better.
So I plan to try that too.

Just checked.

Mine is Nutri-Supreme.

I've had the soy stuff, from Whole Foods. I'm not a huge protein powder fan in general, I just put it in my smoothies, but the whey protein tastes MUCH better than the soy.

Would you please give you recipe for a smoothie with the protein powder. I never made one. It sounds interesting.

I usually make this one:

J and J coffee yogurt
half a scoop of chocolate protein powder
cup of calcium enriched OJ

blend

I like Spirutein. Some of the flavors are chof-k pareve (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and a few others). It does have some soy in it, though. You can read about it at the link I gave. I either order it online or get it at a local health food store.
