I don't run a dishwasher load but a few times in one week, and I find that I'm often running out of pots.

Of course I don't have unlimited funds or storage space, and I want to get the right thing.

What sizes do you find most practical? Thanks.

I use all the sizes. From the smallest to the biggest. Everyone needs at least one good big stock pot.

Can we discuss material, then? I see some Classic Farberware and some all stainless.

I don't even know why I bother.

I'm not going to answer your posts anymore, you are very rude.

Only, I don't know what you are talking about! I asked a perfectly legitimate question, so what's wrong with answering?

One more time: I have a set of pots I use for fleishigs. I need a few more, as I don't wash them every single night. I need to buy a few and wonder which sizes you wouild recommend, that's all! Now - tel me how my question is rude?

Well l- which size do you use the most? I like the stainless steel farberware and personally I'm in need of a 3 qt pot - about once a year I say that to myself and never buy it. I have a 2 qt one and a big soup pot but 3 qt would make a better amount of rice than my 2 qt one. I was referring to disposable for things I put in oven like roasted/broiled chicken or kugel or something like that.

Keep in mind if they're stackable, they take up less room. Could it be possible this was a question not meant to be rude? Perhaps you need to consider this when demanding answers of people. Just a friendly thought.

I got Farberware for fleishigs when I got married & love them. I don't the sizes, so it's hard to tell you which are the most useful.

I need to buy a new set of pots for milchig. I don't want the same as my fleishig cuz I don't want to get them mixed up. Any not so expensive good ideas? I had Tools of the Trade from Macys but they are scratched & rusty inside. Cheapo.

Me too, Momof3. I have a set for Pesach too. I just need a few extra pots for everyday, that's all.....

I have some Corningwear for milchigs, I think. (We mostly use just frying pans anyway.)

If you think it was, I apologize. It was not my intention to be rude.

Just to ask the well-meaning ladies of Imamother advice -

Should I go all stainless or stay Classic (plastic handle)
Should I get another 2 or 3 quart.......
