yes, I agree with cindy that height plays a big part.
At 5-1, my weight (which I am not sharing publicly) is a few pounds overweight. But if someone was 5-5 and my weight, they'd be quite thin!

I'm about 5"10, I weigh about 190- which is less than when I got married. AND two kids later, by the way. Still far from my goal, but I have to say, I'm proud of myself. (I'm down about 40 lbs since my last baby was born)

Too much.

Someone steps up on one of those digital scales, and hears the automated response: One at a time please! Tongue Out

You mean you've heard that one, noooo. Wink

How about something much cheaper and easier than personal trainers or total makeovers? A strip of scotch tape across our mouths!!!

Practically, I just closed my mouth a little....or more than a little...

When I nurse I'm always hungry, so I ate a lot!
So now I just stopped this 'going over to the pantry' thing, looking for s/thing to eat.
I eat breakfast in the morning (I try to have whole wheat)
"nothing" till lunch
"nothing" till dinner.

In between, whenever I feel hungry, or just a nag to eat, I drink water.
And beleive me, I drink a lot...... Drunken Smile

I hate the scale. As long as your clothes fit why venture onto the scale?

You may not like your size clothes.
