Do you have a deed or title report? It should be on there.

You need a surveyor or an engineer. Why do you need a survey? You should locate a copy of your deed for the surveyor. IDK the prices in Brooklyn.

House used to belong to deceased relative. We dont have the deed. In any case we need the markers on the property now.

Deeds are public records and readily available. I don't suppose you have an attorney who probated the estate. Call surveyors and get their prices.
