I need to get a passport for my baby.
Where in Lakewood do I go for it? How much does it cost? What do I need to bring with me? Anything else I need to know?
(First DD's passport was gotten in Brooklyn, or I would know this.)

Call the Township Building on fourth street. I think its the ofice of the county clerk. if you want, there is also a counter for it at the Ocean county mall. You can do pictures at both of these places. I think you need both parensts, birth certif, SS #, parents id and marriage license...

yes on 4th street
you need to fill out a form which u can download online
it costs $105 (2 fees one is $80 and one is $25)
you need both parents, baby's birth certificate, parents id (passport, drivers license)

go to ocean county mall
they are open on Sundays and they are open in the evenings
very friendly and not to long of a wait

I went with DH and DD to get passports at the one on 4th st. I went at around 8 in the morning, and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I went to ocean county mall a few weeks ago on a Friday and they were very friendly and helpful and quick.
You need to make an appointment online
When I made an apt I did it a month before
Both parents need to go with the kids to get the passports
