Need advice about what's in style these days. Where do you shop? I live in NY just had a baby, haven't really gone shopping in a while. I have 2 little kids, so I don't have a ton of time to shop for myself, don't have a huge budget either. I'm in my upper 20s and big on top. Is this buy-something-sleeveless-wear-a-shell-underneath trend going to work for the fall?

You can buy a couple of cardigans and wear them over the sleeveless shirts for a more dressed up look.

I could also use some suggestions as to where to shop. A lot of what I'm seeing to me is SOOO ugly (is it just me?) or really expensive.

If you are short on time and low on cash I would recommend going to a cheaper Jewish store. You wont have to sift as much because everything is handpicked to be tznius. Try somewhere like elzee.
