Motek. There is a famous story of a chassid who once got mad at the Rebbe for I don't remember what and threw a shoe at the rebbe's picture some time later this chossid went to the Rebbe for dollars and the Rebbe said. The shoe still hurts. The Rebbe's picture is not just any picture. It should not be hung near the bathroom or in a bedroom. Also people might put it on the floor people might use if with inappropriate content against lubavitch it just has no place in a low low place like wal-mart. Macy's I would still think very hard about and thats a pritty high class store but not wal mart full of shvarzes.
