Beef stew meat

can I use this meat for something else other than beef stew?

I was thinking pepper steak, or beef and broccolli?...

any thoughts and ideas?

I imagine beef stew meat comes from a tough piece of meat that requires long simmerring in liquid in order to get soft.

I would say "no". You can't use this meat in a quick recipe.

I put it in the pressure cooker. I make Udan soup with it. It's a whole meal and very delicious.
