I go to someone who gives private classes, she will come to you or have it by her. She is studying for her certification but she has other clients and I have done yoga in the past so I figured it cant hurt to try her. Shes pretty good, I go for prenatal yoga I think thats her area of expertise. She told me business is tough in lakewood because people arent so into yoga. I believe people would be interested if classes were more readily available. (I was also looking into going to toms river for classes but ughh what a shlep!). PM if you want more info on this yoga instructor.

There is a yoga place on e veterans near hope chapel in the shopping plaza behind wawa gas station. They have women only classes, they started specially for frum women.
I have not tried it yet, but have neighbors that go.

I know this is an old post but does anyone know of any yoga classes in Lakewood? I've tried the honor yoga in Jackson but their women's only classes are only given during the day and I work full time...

There is an early morning class at the gym Lakewood .
