My 2 year has white lines on his tongue that resemble blisters.
He's complaining his mouth hurtoutput no fever or any other symptoms.
What can this be?

Could be thrush, is he or was he recently on antibiotics? Otherwise a possible allergic reaction. If still there after a few hours, I'd check it out.

can be a virus with sores and pimples in the mouth without fever. My kids just finished with this, will take about 2-3 days to go away. Mean while, very painful. Just give tylenol or Motrin to help.
Good Luck!
