DS came home and wanted two pieces of chicken and eight pieces of broccoli. I had only put away one piece chicken and two pieces broccoli, besides the starch (which he said was enough.)
He says he's starving all day . . isn't that a lot of protein, though?

1 piece of chicken is nothing. I always put aside 2 pieces for my DH, I can't imagine a teenage boy's appetite to be much less.
