I found a recipe for ALMOND GRANOLA BARS that I'd like to make, the problem is, the left side of the paper, whre it says the amounts is cut off. Does anyone have this recipe or anything similar (or maybe some good bakers can just estimate the amounts)? Here it is:

____ c rolled oats
____ c Oat Bran
____ c chopped almonds
____ tsp ground cinammon
____ Tbsp oil
____ c honey
____ tsp vanilla extract
____ tsp almond extract

(I assume the amounts can also be fractions ex. 1/2 c. honey.)

Almond Granola Bars Wheat Free Recipe

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons vegetable oil plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Mix until all ingredients are moistened.

Press mixture into a rectangular shape 7 inches wide and nine inches long. (Wet hands or use one hand and a damp spoon.)

Bake about 12 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 16 bars using a sharp knife. Separate bars slightly and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes more. The browner the bottom of the bars, the crisper they will be when cool.

Note: The edges will crumble slightly when cut; set aside for a snack. Remove to a wire rack to cool.

Yield: 16 Servings

I made them, and they're all gone! They were very good. But one warning: If you're going to make them, make at least 4 times the recipe. I doubled the recipe, hoping to fill a 9x13, but I only got a half full pan.

They sell them chopped in a bag. (or you can crush your own in a food processor).
