Dinners that "make themselves"

How about sharing ideas for main dishes and even side dishes (not crockpots) that will cook by themselves . . like chicken cutlets and baked French fries, that you can put in the oven for 30 minuftes and not have to stir or otherwise patcheke with.

we recently went through this on another post - no koach -
fish sticks
hot dogs
canned soup
tuna sandwich
frozen blintzes
canned corn - heated up in can
frozen flafel and those tehina or babaganush salads w/bag of lettuce & grape tomatoes - instant salad
cereal?

Frozen fish fillets
boneless skinless chicken pieces - just tossed with some spice or sauce
Rice in a rice cooker

Take whatever you have in the house and stir fry it until it’s limp. Then, add water or chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes and serve over rice that was cooking in the microwave while you were doing this!
