Just how much $$ are we talking about? 
1) make aliyah
2) buy new furniture....a lot of ours is falling apart but I can't bring myself to buy new until the children are old enough not to trash it.
3) personal trainer sounds good
4)housekeeper on call 24/7
5) I would LOVE to be able to provide scholarships to our school for families that are having a hard time making ends meet...with a process that is not demeaning to anyone involved.
6) how about a women's learning center with shiurim, babysitting, etc.?

There are alot of things I'd want to do with the money but first I would say I'd give Tzidaka and then open the school I really really want to start!!!
