I just want to know if it's more of a community or more of an everybody does there own type of crowd.
Is it only Bais Rochel type or are there BY Chofetz Chaim type also.

It's a very nice family friendly area! Great for kids! While there are quite a few Bais Rochel type of families, there are also many others. I'm sure BY Chofetz Chaim would fit in too.
