My baby BH learned how to roll but now when I put her down for a nap or at night she rolls over and then can't fall asleep, just screams and screams. When she finally falls asleep, she wakes up, rolls, and screams.... any ideas? please help me! Lack of sleep is getting to both of us!

its a short stage. I remembr my dd did that when she learned to sit up.
if shes still very little you could double swaddle her and tuck the outer blanket under the mattress so she cant move.
or just wait it out

thanks. I've been waiting it out but so far it's getting worse so I'll try tucking a blanket under and see if that helps.
I am glad she is learning and developing! But I wish she would sleep too
