Preferably in a mainstream store, I do not care to spend $30 on one scrap of clothing in some fancy Boro Park store - especially if I have to GO to Boro Park to get it. I don't see anything nice in the stores where I usually pick up dd's clothes - Target, Children's Place, Old Navy only have styles that look trampy to me. And mainly pants, so not much skirt selection. I prefer not too short, too. For a 2-year old.

Crazy8.com and Gymboree.com have a few nice skirts. Not all are below knee though.
