My daughter's got a stomach flu, and the doctor warned us to be very careful to keep her hydrated. I guess she didn't pay too much attention to what he was saying, because she fights it. I've tried giving her various drinks in various forms (cup, straw, bottle, popsicle) but she refuses it all. The little bit I can force into her isn't enough. I don't know what to do!

It's been awhile, but did you try teas? chamomile for example, oir mint? spoonfeed. The warmth should be soothing. After the first spoon she won't fight it, hopefully.
Also Pedialyte. did you try that?
Whenever I was nauseous when pregnant or otherwise, even the thought of water made me want to throw up, but sweetened warm tea is different. Chamomile is very good for upsetr stomachs.
