London Broil is a bit of a tougher meat. But why would pesach be different than the during the year?

I marinate it, usually in a mixture of a little red wine, and little balsamic vinegar, a but if olive oil, and some garlic. Broil or grill. This is also delicious cold on salad.

Your recipe is compatible with pesach doesn't call for chili powder or smoked paprika?

London broil is best when marinated overnight and then broiled for a short amount of time on each side.

Use the Kosher palette soy sauce rosemary recipe and use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. I would leave the salt out
