Both of my dd broke out with red rash on their hands.
No cream can be used because it is burning. We tried cold water-but doesn't seem to help.
I feel it is caused from the heat at home the wind outside.
What can we do?

is it mamesh a rash? because my dd had cracked, bleeding hands and knuckles for two winters. other dd just told me yesterday that 6 girls in her class also have what sister had with the cracks and bleeding.
two things, if it is a rash, maybe its from someting that got in because the hands were so chapped? if its merely chapped, slather on vaseline or eucerine cream and wear latex gloves to bed.
this year, dd is older and remembers to lotion them all day. they are rough, but not cracked, b"H
