Hi I live in Milano I'll be happy to help with anything I can.
If you give me an email address we could communicate more easily.
I would suggest you stay in an area of Milano called 'Bande Nere'.
There are a 2 fleishig restaurants a milchig restaurant/ Pizza and a coffee shop with delicious ice cream, salads, sandwiches etc
There are a few Shuls in the area some some Sfardi and some Chabad.
There's also a Chabad Minyan on Shabbos in the Marriott Hotel.
I'm sure any of the Chabad Shluchim will be happy to help you find a place for a Shabbos meal.

sure. There's a men's Mikva in the Bet Chabad/Yeshiva on Via Soderini which is near the restaurants, kosher grocery etc. I don't know if there's one near the old part of town.
for ladies there are a few you can check on mikvah.org. If you know what part of town you'll be staying in I could help more. It also depends if you care if the Mikva is according to Chabad (Bor al Gabei Bor) or not and how much you care about the physical aspects of the Mikva.
hope this helps...
