Please enlighten me! For those of us with a regular food processor, which blade is the kugel blade? TIA

I think Braun but it's about 15 years old and I live overseas.

Its similar to the shredder, except that the shredder has holes that are all one size.
The kugel blade has 2 different size holes.

Oh thank you. Mine has 2 different shredding blades, 1 with bigger holes and the other with smaller holes. Which one would be more similar for an apple kugel recipe calling for a kugel blade? Probably the bigger one.

It is a shredder and actually I hate it. I prefer to use the grater blade for kugel.

I've wondered about this often, thanks for enlightening me!
I've never seen a blade with two different sizes. Do you mean that as you grate, you are producing two different sized "gratings"? Why would that be the preferred blade?

Thanks everyone for enlightening me, I'll stick with my good old fashioned good processor that I'm very happy with! :-)

That's not how the kugel blade on my Braun looks.

The braun has a thin middle blade, and the kugel blade has holes on both sides of that instead of the usual one.
