I just made a really easy pizza recipe from spice and spirit. Even my kids who are very picky eaters ate it up.
1in small bowl dissolve 1 package of dry yeast in 1/3 of a cup of warm water,let stand for 10 min.Sift 3 cups of flour and add yeast mixture,1 tsb salt,1 cup of apple juice into a large bowl. Knead and let rise 1 1/2 hrs. preheat oven to 450f. roll out dough ( I made one pizza from all the dough and I make it thick, but this recipe says that you can make 2 pizzas with it.) and put into greased pans. Spread Seasoned tomato sauce, ( I used pasta sauce) Top with cheese and sprinkle with oregano. bake 20 mins. Good luck
