I know 2 people who use that nickname for Baila. One is RW MO, the other is more yeshivish.
I think it's cute.

I know many frum girls called Baily. However, Bailey, spelled with the e before the y, is a very typical Irish name. I think it is used for both boys and girls. (I believe there is also an Irish liquor with that name.) I would recommend you spell it without the "e".
